    Process of production 

    1. Melting and Casting: According to the requirements of aluminum alloy grade, accurately mix aluminum ingots and alloy elements, put them into the furnace and heat them to 700-750℃ for melting, and stir to ensure uniform composition. Then add refining agent to remove gas and impurities. After refining, the aluminum liquid is injected into the H-shaped steel ingot mold and cooled into an ingot. ​

    2. Extrusion Molding: The ingot is heated to 400-500℃ to enhance plasticity, put into the extrusion barrel of the extruder, and pressurized by the extrusion rod to extrude aluminum H-shaped steel billets from the H-shaped die hole. The extrusion speed is adjusted at 1-10mm/s according to the ingot situation. ​

    3. Stretching and Straightening: First measure the straightness and size of the billet to determine the straightening point. Then use the equipment to stretch and bend the billet to eliminate the bending and distortion caused by extrusion. Adjust the tensile force of 1-10 tons according to the specification material to ensure that the accuracy meets the standard. ​

    4. Surface Treatment: First remove oil and rust pretreatment. During anodizing, the aluminum H-beam is used as the anode to electrolyze with electrolytes such as sulfuric acid to form a 10-30μm oxide film; for electrophoretic coating, it is immersed in an electrophoretic paint tank and a 10-20μm paint film is applied by the electric field; for powder spraying, powder is sprayed with a spray gun and cured at high temperature to form a 50-100μm coating.
