Process of production
Rebar is a kind of steel widely used in construction and infrastructure construction, and its production process mainly includes continuous casting process and rolling process.
Product Inspection
In the continuous casting process, molten steel is poured into a crystallizer, cooled and solidified to form a billet, which is then cut, cleaned and straightened into a finished billet. The rolling process is to feed the billet into the rolling mill, after multiple passes of rolling and cooling, and finally form different specifications of rebar.
