Wear-resistant Steel Plate

Bimetal composite wear-resistant steel plate is composed of low-carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer. The wear-resistant layer generally accounts for 1/3-1/2 of the total thickness. When working, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity against external forces, and the wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties that meet the requirements of specified working conditions.
The wear-resistant layer is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium, and nickel are added at the same time. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed in fiber form, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The carbide microhardness can reach above HV1700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach HRc58-62. Alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperatures, maintain high hardness, and also have good oxidation resistance, and can be used normally within 500 °C.
The wear-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and good impact performance, and can be cut, bent, welded, etc., and can be connected with other structures by welding, plug welding, bolt connection, etc., which saves time in the process of repairing the site , convenience and other characteristics, widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electric power, glass, mining, building materials, bricks and tiles and other industries, compared with other materials, has a high cost performance, has been favored by more and more industries and manufacturers .

Application
1) Thermal power plant: medium-speed coal mill cylinder liner, fan impeller casing, dust collector inlet flue, ash duct, bucket wheel machine liner, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher liner, coal hopper and crushing Machine liner, burner burner, coal drop hopper and funnel liner, air preheater support tile, separator guide vane. The above-mentioned components do not have too high requirements on the hardness and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plate, and the wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 6-10mm of NM360/400 can be used.
2) Coal yard: feeding chute and funnel lining, hopper bushing, fan blade, pusher bottom plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide liner, ball mill lining, drill bit stabilizer, screw feeder bell and base seat, kneader bucket lining, ring feeder, dump truck floor. The operating environment of the coal yard is harsh, and there are certain requirements for the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plate. It is recommended to use the wear-resistant steel plate with a material of NM400/450 HARDOX400 and a thickness of 8-26mm.
3) Cement plant: chute lining, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, classifier blades and guide blades, fan blades and lining, recovery bucket lining, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipeline components, frit cooling plate Lining, conveyor trough lining. These parts also need wear-resistant steel plates with better wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Wear-resistant steel plates with a material of NM360/400 HARDOX400 and a thickness of 8-30mmd can be used.
4) Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper lining plate, grab blade plate, automatic dump truck tipping plate, dump truck body. This requires a wear-resistant steel plate with extremely high wear resistance and hardness. It is recommended to use a wear-resistant steel plate with a material of NM500 HARDOX450/500 and a thickness of 25-45MM.
5) Mining machinery: mineral material, stone crusher liner, blade, conveyor liner, baffle. Such parts require extremely high wear resistance, and the available material is NM450/500 HARDOX450/500 wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 10-30mm.
6) Construction machinery: cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing building, mixer liner, dust collector liner, brick machine mold plate. It is recommended to use NM360/400 wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 10-30mm.
7) Construction machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side edge plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling rig drill pipe. This type of machinery requires wear-resistant steel plates that are particularly strong and extremely wear-resistant. The available materials are NM500 HARDOX500/550/600 high-strength wear-resistant steel plates with a thickness of 20-60mm.
8) Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, lining plate of iron ore sintering machine, lining plate of scraper machine. Because this type of machinery requires high temperature resistant, extremely hard wear-resistant steel plates. Therefore, it is recommended to use HARDOX600HARDOXHiTuf series wear-resistant steel plates.
9) Wear-resistant steel plates can also be used in sand mill cylinders, blades, various freight yards, wharf machinery parts, bearing structural parts, railway wheel structural parts, rolls, etc.
