Cost and availability:
In terms of cost, hot-dip galvanized pipes are generally more expensive than regular galvanized pipes due to the additional steps involved in the manufacturing process and the higher zinc coating thickness. However, the long-term benefits of using hot-dip galvanized pipes in terms of durability and maintenance often outweigh the initial investment, making them more cost-effective.
