Raw Material Preparation: Select high-purity aluminum alloy raw materials, such as electrolytic aluminum, aluminum ingots, etc., inspect and screen to ensure quality, and calculate the ingredients.
Melting: Heat the raw materials to above the melting point to form liquid aluminum, add alloy elements to adjust the performance, refine to remove impurities and gases, and keep them warm and let them stand.
Extrusion Molding: Inject the aluminum alloy liquid into the extruder die, extrude it into aluminum channel steel of a specific shape and size through the extruder, and then cut it to a fixed length.
Surface Treatment: Clean the impurities on the surface of the aluminum channel steel, and then improve the corrosion resistance and decorativeness through methods such as anodizing, spraying, and electrophoretic coating.
Quality Inspection: Check whether there are any defects in the appearance, measure the dimensional accuracy, test the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, etc.
Packaging and Warehousing: Pack with appropriate materials and store them in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
Packaging is generally naked, steel wire binding, very strong.
If you have special requirements, you can use rust proof packaging, and more beautiful.
