Process of production
Melting casting includes melting, purification, impurity removal, degassing, slag removal and casting process. The main processes are:
(1) Ingredient: Calculate the addition amount of various alloy components according to the specific winning number to be produced, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) Smelting: add the prepared raw materials into the smelting furnace for melting according to the process requirements, and effectively remove the impurities and gases in the melt through degassing and slag removal refining.
(3) Casting: under certain casting process conditions, molten aluminum can be cooled and cast into round cast rods of various specifications through deep well casting system.
